I had good experience with Thailand eSIM from esim2fly, so I also purchased my Vietnam eSIM here.
However, the eSIM didn’t work so I sent email, and they gave me 2 emails including solutions.
The problem is that those solutions didn’t work. So I sent another email, and yet I am not getting any response from them for 19 hours now.
I tried the chat feature in the website, and it shows ‘checked’, and I am not receiving any answers – both email and chat!
This eSIM issue ruined my day, and it is getting worse as time passes.
