Configure and manage your embedded SIM on your Google Pixel phone
When you first switch on your Pixel phone, follow the on-screen instructions to set up your embedded SIM:
- Go to the Settings app on your phone.
- Select Network & Internet from the menu.
- Select Mobile Network from the menu.
- Select “Download a SIM” instead.
- Press Next.
- Then your embedded SIM is ready to use.
Switch back and forth between your eSIM and your traditional SIM card
You can move between cell networks if you set up your eSIM and simultaneously have a physical SIM card from a different provider.
- Go to the Settings app on your phone.
- Select Network & Internet from the menu.
- Select Mobile Network from the menu.
- Select Advanced.
- Select the name of the carrier that you want to use.
- Toggle the switch!
