I never get 5G on my iPhone 14 pro with dtac so I bought another sim car with true mobile in the shop and way cheaper. Disappointed by the service !

    Sincerely

Not all phones have 5G. iPhones older than iPhone 12 do not have 5G.

    • Bryan (store manager)

To get 5G, you must have a modern device that supports it. iPhone 11 and older do not support 5G.

I bought the promoted Esim 16 day Thai tourist on May 3, 2023 and activated on May 6. Today is the 8 day mark and I received a message from Dtac that my plan expired. I emailed esim2fly and am still waiting to hear back from them. I hope this

What does it means by highest speed available then unlimited for 2GB for rest of the plan. Does it means in each day I only get 2GB unlimited? If I use further than 2GB then the speed will slow down? Lisa asked on May 9, 2023

Hi, once you finished the highest speed you have(The GB), you will be able to have the unlimited speed of 2G (384kbps) It's the speed of the internet you can use.

My flight to Thailand is on May 3rd. Since the promo period ends by then, can I activate the esim before my flight to get the promo deal? Lee asked on April 20, 2023

Hi,
The DTAC eSIM’s data plan will expire 16 days after installed/first use. Best to install the day of your trip. After 16 days, the eSIM without a working data plan is still valid for another 45 days if you do nothing more with it. If you add funds and add another data package the eSIM can be valid for as long as you continue adding credit and data plans.

So based on the information in this link, the 16 days validity for DTAC Tourist eSIM will drop to only 8 days if I purchase it now but activate it after 3 May 2023? https://www.dtac.co.th/en/serv/prepaid/mini-e-service/sim-info.html KB asked on April 12, 2023

The current promo plan is 16 days. The original 8 (+8 days which is the running promo). Therefore, the current plan provides 16 days of calls and data in Thailand. It will start on the day you activated your Esim.
