    Horrible customer service with DTAC. Impossible to top up my sim for voice calls. Misleading product description. Certainly but a happy tourist.

      Lester didn’t realize that all DTAC eSIMs come with a phone number that allows a user to add top up credit via various outlets. Additionally Lester’s American payment cards were rejected from various other top up outlets, and Lester then felt his payment method failures somehow reflects on the service we provide, which is the sale of the actual eSIM itself which happened without incident.

      Definitely contact us right away if your scan is not in your email or your account. Gmail blocks the QR code in some cases, so then you can find it in your account.

    Bought a dtac tourist sim. Got a PayPal receipt that I had been charged. Never got an email from esim2fly. Never got a password for my account. Tried to reset my password 3 times. No password reset email received after 1 day. Checked my spam folder…nothing. Using a long established gmail account. Did a screen grab of my QR code. Not yet in Thailand, so I don’t know of the eSim will work. Not a great experience.
